Our Refund Policy
It's very simple! If for any reason you are not totally happy with the artwork & apparel you received from us please send us an email: support@streetbasics.com and request a refund. We will send you back a confirmation of your request with instruction how to send back the artwork to us prior to us processing your full refund. Please put a copy of our refund request confirmation email in the box you are returning the artwork in. Our confirmation email will have the return ship to address in it.
You have 15 days after receiving your artwork to request a full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the artwork is returned to us and is in the same condition that you received it in it's original packaging.

Our Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered just let us know and we immediately ship out the correct order.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible if you notify us via email: support@streetbasics.com before your order is printed and shipped. Usually, it takes 3 day to process, print and ship your order so if you let us know during this 3 day time period after placing your order so we can cancel and provide you with a full refund.
